Lord Harrower was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Courts in February, 2020.
He was educated at Flora Stevenson’s and Broughton High School, in Edinburgh, and at Glasgow University.
He was admitted to the Faculty of Advocates in 1999, and became a Queen’s Counsel in 2012, specialising in building law.
He was, at various times, standing junior to the Scottish Government, HM Revenue and Customs and to the Office of the Advocate General. Between 2017 and 2019 he served as an advocate depute.
