PART-TIME SHERIFFS' ASSOCIATION
The Part-time Sheriffs’ Association represents, safeguards and promotes the interests and welfare of Scottish part-time sheriffs and considers matters relating to the law and the administration of justice in Scotland.
President
Janys Scott QC was elected President of the Association in 2018. She has been a part-time sheriff since 2005.
Secretary
Ian Anderson was elected Secretary / Treasurer of the Association in November, 2019. He has been a part-time sheriff since 2007.
