Alexander Green

Alexander Green was appointed as the president of the General Regulatory Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland in 2019. He also sits as a judge in the Employment Tribunal (England & Wales) and as a judge in the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber). 

He is a graduate of the University of St Andrews and of the University of Aberdeen.

He has been the Procurator Fiscal of H.M. Court of the Lord Lyon since 2010.

He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1993 and in Scotland in 1995, and was a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna until 2006. He subsequently established and ran his own law firm, the Law Agency, until 2018.
