LP delivers the Lord Rodger Memorial lecture

The Lord President, Lord Carloway, delivered the Lord Rodger Memorial Lecture today on Constitutional Principle and the Rule of Law.
Lord Carloway gave the speech via Zoom at the webinar hosted by Donald Reid of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow. He then answered questions on access to justice and other matters.
