Revised Equal Treatment Bench Book published

The revised Equal Treatment Bench Book has now been published on the Judiciary of Scotland website. It will be reviewed on a regular basis.
The bench book provides a reference point for judges, allowing them to understand an ever-changing society. The Judicial Institute has assisted the editors to consult with a wide range of interest groups in Scottish society. It is hoped the bench book will encourage reflection for all who read it.
